Welcome to Northwest CRC 

NCRC is a CHDO, or Community Housing Development Organization.

Our community is northwestern Hennepin County, Minnesota. Fifteen cities and towns are included in the service area, and all of them may become member or supporting cities.

NCRC works with each member city to help meet that city’s goals for affordable and sustainable housing for its residents and workers. NCRC is a conduit for expertise, information and funds.

NCRC helps cities to structure their housing program, screens potential homeowners, and markets the homes for sale.  Most cities have other housing programs as well – check them out too.

NCRC helps cities to stay informed about population trends and housing trends, shifting employment bases, and other focal points of a flexible housing program.  In fact, NCRC acts as a sort of Community Development office for multiple cities.
