NCRC is a CHDO, or Community Housing Development Organization. Our community is northwestern Hennepin County, Minnesota. Fifteen cities and towns are included in the service area, and all of them may become member or supporting cities. NCRC works with each member city to help meet that city’s goals for affordable and sustainable housing for its residents and workers. NCRC is a conduit for expertise, information and funds. |
